设施我给了一颗星，我解释一下。龙头没热水，打电话给前台，前台告诉我热水是从对面温泉接过来的，需要打开龙头放水十分钟。我照做了，十五分钟左右，热水来了，浪费多少水且不说，我洗澡中途又变凉水了，大冬天，凉水！！！。床还响，差评是冲着凉水给的

本来就冲着酒店的榻榻米房去的，结果前台一句没有了，直接给换成标间了，直接无语。房间空调基本无用，冷的要命。洗澡水要么烫的要命，要么就是冰的，这酒店慎重选择吧
