我是来自喀什的一名客人，因昨晚本人未看清楚第二天转机的航班号，导致早起时要赶到T2航站楼，在时间特别紧张的情况下，您酒店服务员杨宝华能够主动提供帮助，自己驱车将我送到地点，又热心帮助办理登机和安检，保证了按时登机。
对于我们经常出门在外的人来说，贵店这种细微之处的服务还是首次遇到，毕竟全国各地的出差对我们来说是家常便饭，酒店对于软件方面所下的功夫也因此事而得以体现，在此，我向总经理先生您表示致谢！并也请转告我对那位服务员杨宝华的感谢！

三楼和机场T3航站楼有通道，过去非常方便。原来看评价说只有底楼有服务台，现在三楼也有了，听取宾客建议并改进，这点值得赞。入住有两个小缺陷，第一中央空调不是太好，当天室内温度29度，不能开冷风（这点可以理解）也不能吹风，热得一晚上没好好睡。第二卫生间的门是近几年流行的谷仓门，很潮流，但是留有一条不宽不窄的缝，偏偏马桶和淋浴的门是全透明的，除非是特别亲密的人在，不然外人在时很尴尬。
