酒店设施设备总体上还是很不错的，房间设计合理，空间很大，布置简约时尚，很舒适，非常非常满意的一次入住体验，周边很安静，非常舒适的酒店，酒店前台服务人员很热情，在来酒店前打电话到酒店前台酒店的服务人员很热情，对酒店的介绍特别详细，酒店还有专人引领介绍酒店房间设施，还会热情的询问房间有什么需要，还为我们在中餐厅定餐位，酒店的温泉真的很棒，景色特别美，总之很喜欢。

服务很好，尤其是前台的负责人，很热情，虽然订单开始出了点差错，但酒店很快协调好了。酒店的服务人员也都很好。就是温泉部的服务人员，看到我们拿的套票，4个大人带了一个3岁的孩子，还不够一米，一定让我们买票。且态度不好，也没有任何服务，给我们扔了个浴袍就完了。本来住店就为了泡温泉，建议住店期间可随时泡，现状是只能进一次。如果是为泡温泉建议别去了，实在令人遗憾。但温泉里面的工作人员服务好，我们说水温低马上就加热水。
