常出差回西安，虽然西安有房子，但是还是选择西安香格里拉，有一种家的温暖，房间也干净，回来就像回到自己的家一样，有前台的同事，就像自己的亲，亲人亲朋好友，热情招待，还每次给我好的房间，特别喜欢，还给我送水果，还帮我升级房型，房间也特别美，嗯，停车也方便，而且免费，周围的餐厅也多，然后酒店的环境也非常好，前台的同事AngeL非常棒，GRO 程子君

初次入住服务好，一人帮拿行李， 一人旁边介绍酒店。有小朋友拖鞋牙刷洗浴用品。早餐种类多，可以加床，停车免费，酒店位置繁华。细节很好，宾至如归。
行政酒廊服务员笑容满面，赞一个。
晚自助餐厅蚊子多，咬了一腿疙瘩，餐厅经理拿来花露水，抱歉送瓶红酒放客房。嗯，离店也没看到。

听司机说是雁塔区最好的一家酒店，虽然不在二环内，但交通便利，服务非常好，还正赶上一个亚太的会议，看到不少外国友人。酒店环境优美，带一个香格里拉标配的花园和喷泉，随叫随到的服务和耐心的前台人员都很贴心。房间设施较好，每天都收拾的很整洁，满意！

每次来西安基本都会住在这里，前台：Abby ，Iris ，Angel 热情、体贴的服务给人印象深刻。GRO Abby 和Iris在我抵店前，就为我布置好房间，送上水果及贺卡，宾客经理Angel，根据我的需求，给我升级方型，这次入住无论早餐还是入住体验都非常满意，期待下次还来西安出差，入住香格里拉

挺好的 离办事的地方很近 旁边就是金鹰百货 还有网红咖啡街 周边的网红餐馆也很多 对了 香格里拉的早餐也还不错 推荐
