入住第一天竟然就没打扫干净，无烟楼层有烟味，沙发都是脏的！对客人态度十分生硬，三楼的行政酒廊服务员对孩子的态度也不好，没有明确的酒品收费牌！spg的酒店要都是这样可以关门了！
