带着小朋友去玩的，五星级酒店，价格还算比较便宜，环境也还好，到了西安租了车没有登记，收了我一次停车费， 然后客服打电话送了几份小礼物补偿了一下，觉得很好。住宿比较满意。

二十多年的老酒店，位置近钟鼓楼和高新开发区，后院停车场很大，停车出行方便。大堂古香古色、中规中矩。员工热情有礼貌，服务不愧五星标准。因带10岁孩子，前台小妹推荐了家庭房，女儿非常喜欢。西餐厅的海鲜自助超棒，甜点的种类很多，海鲜银耳汤料足囗味赞，都是女儿的最爱。服务员刘燕的真诚笑容和热情服务给我们宾至如归的感觉。客房服务员手写的问候卡和特意准备的薄被子很贴心。总之非常好的一次入住。

入住体验非常好的老酒店。老，但不旧，处处方便，服务优良。前台邵主管看到我戴着口罩进店，主动要求客房部给我的房间加一台空气净化器，太贴心了。酒店停车方便，早餐丰富可口，泳池炒鸡大大大！唯一的缺憾是离地铁站稍远，但也可溜达，如果没有大行李箱的话
