到西安出差，对SPG的期望还挺高，但可能是由于通过这种预定网站订房的渠道，服务人员态度一般，门童因为是出租车到店不理睬我，前台服务人员效率也是一般，要求吸烟房型没有，酒店的各种服务也没人介绍，设施的话你也知道这只是普通的喜来登，最**搞笑的事是，服务员不敲门，开门就进，我在睡觉被吓醒，只会说对不起，没有管理人员来道歉，也是，我们普通人只能住的起普通套房，估计总统套待遇就不一样了吧，总之不是很顺心的一天，第二天没有续住直接去君悦了，的确C级上的差距还是很明显，商旅要求高的伙伴们不推荐这家。
