本来有些失望。遇到的服务生，从总机到西餐厅，一律简单粗暴，毫不友善。都不咋地，感慨喜来登的管理已经沦落到如此水平。直到昨晚，在中餐厅遇到小朱，耐心细致，有问必答，如果酒店其它岗位也有如此面貌，就好了。
