有一个高个子的女经理，服务超级差，我们入住几个月，保安，前台服务都超级好，一个月有半个月都住在这里，有一次和女经理发生一点误会，我打电话说退房不知道是没听清楚还是没记录多加我半天房费，当时就直接从我押金里把钱扣掉了，我表示很不满意，发生了口角，她就骂人，当时一肚子火想揍她，因为是女人就没动手，然后几个月没过来，今天偶然又过来，前台遇到她之后，人家说我怎么又来了，不是没地方住了？说不来了又来干嘛，我说要投诉她，要领导电话，她说自己说了算，没有领导，这种服务态度能当经理，真是服了，不知道多少客人被她赶走
