酒店位于西安市中心，离回民街很久。本来订的商务首相房。到店后帮我升级的套房。前台员工服务非常热情、细致。充分体现了雅高集团的品牌。但可能是酒店生意太好，客房服务很忙。在刚进房后发现洗手间里还有一个洗了一半的水杯。服务是应该注意每一个细节。希望有所改进。不过还是要感谢酒店给我美好的体验。下次还会选择索菲特酒店。

酒店地理位置很好，到回民街5分钟车程，我们是两家人一起 酒店给安排了一间一门两户的房间，很贴心。最后一天也给我们延时两小时退房。很好的酒店。
