前台服务态度很差，我站在前台面前问有没有大床房，他们说有，我说下单后能不能调换，网上已经没有，当时说可以，结果下单后告诉我不行，还来一句你定的什么房只能给你什么房，要么就是补差价。几个人态度恶劣，意思就是你爱住不住，反正你已经担保了！真是扯蛋，我要是在网上能订到单间还需要跑到前台当着前台的面下单吗？而且房间的床铺设施顶多就是一个三星的标准，还收费四星以上的价格，太不值了，以后坚决不再去住了，大家也没在上当受骗了，真的条件和收费不匹配，服务还差！

位置在南二环，去哪里都比较方便，房间挺大，有洗衣机、冰箱、微波炉，全套厨具，停车免费，每次出去都要报车牌号，早餐没有吃，不知道怎么样，价格不算便宜

早餐很丰盛，口味适中，每天有部分菜有变化。适合带孩子来住，因为有厨房有烘干洗衣机。设施很全，泳池，游戏室，儿童乐园、健身房和操房，小而精致。对于健身者来说器械什么的也够了，关键人不是很多，挑着空都能练到。房间没啥味道，干净整洁。说些细节：厨具双立人，卫浴科勒，lobby有油盐酱醋可以取，非常贴心到位。
位置打车、逛街购物都方便，边上就是凯德，吃吃喝喝看看电影都OK。
是我住过的非常有品质的酒店。
