这家酒店服务质量有待进一步提高。房间里地毯不是很干净。公共区域卫生也存在问题。在吃早餐看见不洁净的地面就会影响到食欲。最大的问题就是部分服务人员服务态度和沟通技巧真是不敢恭维了
