酒店设施新，干净，第一天有新入住水果，蛋糕一份，贴心，早餐也不错，就是要7点才开始，如果去游玩要早出发，就没有时间吃了。还有酒店有洗浴中心，所以游泳池换好泳衣，要走很长一段路，比较麻烦

空调几乎没有，根本不制冷！空调调到最低16度，房间温度没有下来过！一楼大堂还有楼层楼道的空调非常好，房间里有它们一半冷度都堪称完美了！

本来打算订建国饭店的，结果去了太失望了，后来巧合预定了这里，太惊喜了，性价比很高前台秦姑娘服务非常好，带我看房子，帮忙预定房间，退房后帮忙开发票，非常感谢

酒店稍微有点偏，早餐九点半就收了，而前台告诉我是十点？感觉不符合五星级级标准，相应的一些软服务非常少，本来来西安一周，酒店住一天就换了。酒店大堂倒是很气派
