前台服务特别热情，到店还送了免费的SPA体验劵和眼贴，很是贴心，前台魏春泉送我到房间还为我点酒店特色熏香，特别温馨、特别感谢，谢琪阳还给我送西安的地图，书签。还有很贴心的祝福卡，对我的热情服务，下次来西安还会选择这里。

酒店很好，又新，还很智能化。 感谢大堂经理?谢琪阳小姑娘的贴心服务。看到我们出行，专门送了水，还亲自为我们指引去风情街的路。回到酒店，还给了好多礼物，非常暖心。帮忙送行李的小哥哥也是很醒目，有五星酒店的水准。西市是丝绸之路的起点。但是我们这程完美的ending??

酒店位置挺好，停车也方便，地上地下都有停车场，酒店的工作人员热情，服务很好，免费给升级成套房了，入住当天刚好是我生日，送了一套很有特色的书签给我，前台美女说本来有蛋糕的，但是餐厅下班了，就送了书签。体验很棒，下次来西安还会住这里。
