最糟糕的一次住宿，房间隔音效果太差，吵的没法休息，给前台说了之后前台来一句没办法，服务态度太差劲。整体差的要死。续住半天，大清早就续过费了，到中午的时候客房一遍又一遍敲门，前台打电话催退房。真是够了，怕不给你钱吗？

前台服务太差，退房时三个人在那说笑嘻嘻，开票开了20分钟，打字慢，业务不行，最后还开错了，普票和专票也分不清。着急赶火车，只能放弃开票，还差点误了火车。财务人员欠好好培训一下业务。

早上九点多下火车，地理位置挺好找的，性价比也比较高，首先去前台办理入住的时候，前台特别乱，尤其是前台瘦瘦的那个女经理，一副目中无人的样子，前台员工也都不理人，业务能力极差，办理入住就花了将近半个小时。其次到房间之后，房间门是坏的，关上之后还可以看到外面，有好宽一条缝隙，当时说的有网覆盖，到房间之后，根本没有！唉，源于我自己也是做酒店管理的，真心觉得这家酒店不怎么样，亲们订房的时候多参考几家！
