前台的客服人员态度不能太差，房间的灯晚上关不了，跟前台反映，直接说之前就关不了，那请问谁晚上开两个大灯睡觉的，厕所地面一直漏水，这都忍了，最主要是态度差到不行，打电话反映情况未果直接把电话挂了，也是醉了三年前来西安住过还觉得不错，这次太差，以后不会再来了，生气！！
