2018年春节去西安，在网上订了豪华标间两晚，到了宾馆房间才发现，于网上说的非常不相符，首先空调非常的不制热，第二，棉被非常薄，要求服务员给我们加床棉被，他说没有，害得我们一晚上穿着衣服裤子睡，电视没有信号电话没有电话线都是摆设，淋雨喷头也是坏的无法使用，第二天早上去找吧台男服务员，要求换房间，并保证空调制热，但态度非常差，说所有的空调都是这个样子不制热，房间设施又差，服务员态度又差，你们说这样的宾馆还能住吗？最后我强烈要求退了房。
