酒店硬件设施超一流，主要是床，有10厘米厚的海绵垫，枕头和被子都是羽绒的，这些舒适条件绝对国内一流，几乎可以比拟四季酒店了。服务非常好，超过一般五星酒店。早餐丰富，竟然有羊肉泡馍和胡辣汤

喜欢这种中西风格的装修风格，地理位置优越、闹中取静，酒店靠近大雁塔、大唐芙蓉园，西安历史博物馆，出酒店大堂向右就是银泰城，超赞的，酒店服务超好，特别要感谢礼宾部的李吉，不厌其烦地帮我们送取行李、升级房间，小伙子超棒，下次来西安还会入住这家酒店的！
