春节来西安旅游，一直对温德姆有不错的印象，就在网上订了西安新兴温德姆酒店。入住酒店时服务员态度非常差，没有让我感受到一点温德姆的标准，要加床被子还没有，更靠笑的是第二天住宿时发现床单居然还有补丁，实在无语。我感觉住的的假温德姆。希望温德姆总部的领导可以关注一下该店，这样的酒店是在给你们砸牌子。

紧邻通化门地铁站，3号1号地铁都很方便br酒店设施不错，视角也开阔，住的很舒服。点赞洗手间够大，浴缸不错!brbrbr一点儿建议，酒店停车场出口标识没有明显的灯光提醒，当夜间出口有车误转向左，与人行入口对向，人和车反应时间都短，为安全隐患。
