除了贵没啥缺点！
服务态度极好，各个岗位的每个员工都很体贴热情！
位置也极好，就在华清宫里面，和景区融为一体，五一出行早晚在景区都是包场！温泉也很好，在房间里直接享用！
餐厅的餐食非常好，不仅原料讲究，味道也很棒，餐厅很高大上，性价比还蛮高，不算贵！总之什么都很满意，不舍得离开，下次来西安会再来

就在华清池里面，位置确实独一无二，服务也没什么亮点，退房时，客房服务员着急查房，我一个女的推着中号行李箱，因为门口有地毯，箱子推着很费劲，服务员无动于衷的等着我把箱子推走，好里来查房，感觉很差

差异化很强的酒店，华清池就是它的后花园，华清御苑就是它的餐厅，最近距离观看长恨歌，房间里就可以泡御汤温泉。除了很棒的设计和设施，无限次进入华清宫参观的便利，试想一下，当游客散尽的清晨和傍晚，在华清宫内散步真的能体验到当年皇家的气氛。长恨歌非常值得一看，7:40酒店人员会亲自带领客人去看长恨歌，而且票的位置非常棒！离兵马俑也很近，可以最快速的到达兵马俑博物馆，避开汹涌的游客人群。御膳苑的菜品水平很高，凉皮、酸汤鱼、贵妃鸡翅、事事如意、蒜香带鱼，红豆凉糕、凉拌三皮都很好吃。另外要赞一下的是酒店的服务，温暖温馨。因为本人咽炎发作，礼宾部的一位张先生主动开车带我去医务室看病，还帮忙垫付了药费。真的很温暖，很感恩！如果有机会一定还会再来！
