酒店不错，地理位置得天独厚，去鼓楼、西羊市街很方便，离地铁站很近.就是第一天入住时，说没有房间，安排了隔壁山水酒店。服务贴心，就是折腾了一次，还带着俩孩子，有些不爽。早餐也还可以，偏辣。

出行前一个月就开始看西安各种酒店，各种挑选和性价比比对，一个目的就是希望老人和孩子在西安玩的开心，休息的好，住的有品质一点，定凯迪斯曼酒店之前还在一直犹豫，直到看到房间这个心才放下。总的来说非常满意，房间干净整洁很有档次，说四星也不为过，酒店离钟楼，鼓楼，回民街很近，步行10分钟就到了，可以说是非常方便，房间隔音很好，听不到喧嚣声，床软硬度非常好，很满意！为我们西安之行添上圆满一笔。两个房间一共住了三天，其中一间还给免费升级了，感谢前台接待。强烈推荐入住??满意满意

整体感觉不如快捷，房间洗澡喷头正对马桶，又没有遮挡。洗个澡卷纸全湿。前台做事呆板，提前打电话要查房不行，非要还房卡才能查房，等查房的时候你就不能把其他的退房手续办好吗？赶时间，提醒她要她先办退房手续，查完房直接退押金不就行了。全国去了这么多城市，住了这么多酒店，第一次碰见这样的。性价比太差了。不值。
