进门有免费的银耳汤，大厅环境好，前台小姐姐刘娇服务非常好，还给免费升级了房间，房间面积特别大，还能看到南门夜景，交通非常方便，电动马桶，电动窗帘，免费洗衣吧，物超所值，强烈推荐。

和图片描述完全一致，每次有朋友从外地过来都会首选柠檬酒店，一方面地理位置优越，距离南门城墙和地铁都非常方面快捷，另一方面是酒店的服务非常专业到位。这次有从成都过来的朋友也是必然选择了柠檬，到店当晚还为我们免费升级了房间，特别棒的一次住店体验。特别要感谢龙静静，刘娇两位工作人员耐心热情的专业服务！全五分好评！

地理位置优越（跑西安马拉松的最佳酒店）酒店服务很好，免费延时退房，赠送下午茶餐券，不足：周边有广场舞，直到深夜，噪音较大；抽水马桶有问题，不断在流水，冲水不灵！

应该是住过的酒店中服务最好的一家了！因为硬件不算特别好，本来准备先住两天，等附近办完事再换地方的，但是被酒店的服务吸引着没搬，继续续住了。首先给我们免费升级了亲子房，其次每天一楼的大厅里都有水果、矿泉水随便拿。每次从外面回来前台的妹纸立即会上前打招呼，特别亲切，都有家一样的感觉。每天早餐服务人员也是热情招待，为我冲上咖啡。反正在酒店里真的体会到被呵护的感觉！老板教育得方！要手工点赞👍！唯一遗憾酒店没有中午晚上的餐厅。希望可以考虑增加！另外，住店客人的车都由小哥哥在默默清洗。
