很不错的酒店。地理位置很好，去钟鼓楼、回民街、南城墙步行几分钟。酒店干净、设备齐全。晚上睡觉也很清静。

酒店的服务表象是很热情周到的，实际一点儿不为客人解决问题，早上发现马桶坏了，服务员用个踹子踹了几分钟没有弄好，脸拉拉的像鞋靶子，我要求换房间被告知满员，让我到对面没有收拾的一个房间解决上厕所的问题，结果刚要过去被告知酒店全面停水，这一早上弄得我狼狈不堪，本来定的兵马俑也没有去成，而且房间特别小，楼道的安全出口楼道随便进出，根本没有人把手和巡逻，整体真的管理有很大的问题，我从来没有给过任何酒店差评，这次是唯一的一次，希望酒店管理层能够提高重视，为远道的客人们打造安全舒适顺心的环境

定的家庭房，是个套房，有客厅，有卧室，还有电脑，孩子特别喜欢，淋浴也特别舒服，出水量很大，最重要的是有停车场，停车方便，停车场门口的服务小哥也特别好，还给我们介绍附近的好吃的，出胡同左转的老潼关肉夹馍真心不错，好吃??酒店离城墙也特近，晚上去看灯会很方便，很满意的酒店，大厅还提供免费热饮，好喝。总之没有订错，下次来西安还会预定这里。

酒店位置好，在永宁门附近，距离回民街仅一站地铁，设施齐全，干净整洁，出入方便。停车位有限，门卫李师傅和夜班小伙子服务态度好，赞一下！
