酒店一般，房间里苍蝇飞来飞去，地上铺的地毯也不知多久没洗过了（有无螨虫不知，肉眼不可见）；服务很差，爱理不理的，我订了两晚并已付清房款，退房结账时竟然说我只交了一晚房费，还好我把银行刷卡单据留到的，要不然可能被讹。酒店附带的餐厅表面上看到光鲜明亮，但碗筷、餐巾纸收费都没有明码标价或告知消费者的，更可恶的是餐厅里苍蝇不时和你抢饭菜，饭碗里出现了死苍蝇，服务员等都认为是正常的，根本不会认错道歉或做出补偿。

酒店就在华清宫斜对面，地理位置优越，房间比较大，看上去干净卫生，就是厕所有点异味，然后服务不是一般的差，晚上洗完澡发现吹风是坏的，打电话给前台解决，结果到第二天退房前台都没处理，还好是夏天，还好订了两间房，去另一间去吹了头发。
