因为在高速上堵车到酒店时已经接近12点，房间入住时还算满意，在前台入住时特意问过房间有那些付费物品，前台也特别告知饮用水收费，因为车上有水就没有消费，累坏的一家三口简单洗漱后就睡了 ，早上因为看网友评论去兵马俑有可能排队就早早退房，却在退房时被告知消费一包茶叶？前台打电话给客房服务说话挺难听，说我们消费不承认！出门一周多从来没遇见这样的事，我也跟前台说过如果消费了包装袋房间总有吧？房间卫生打扫一般，床单被罩有血迹，毛巾是旧的颜色灰灰的。洗手间下水不是很通畅，（貌似这几天住的都这样😰）同其他网友评价的一样洗漱用品只有两套，估计他们是认为小朋友不需要吧。在这提示以后需要入住的网友提前检查物品，必要时他家让他们撤消费品。省的说不清楚！336房间真的很大，一家四口都可以住下。照片时早上起床的时候补拍的，入住时太累太困了，有点乱……
