服务挺好，第一天去没有我定的高级床，给了我普通的。这点很不满意也没有赔偿。门店有点老，后来换高级房还可以。酒店服务也不错，地理位置是这家最大的特点，非常理想。

酒店出行方便，离回民街，钟鼓楼，城墙都很近。酒店服务也很好，尤其是管家杜荣琴服务热情真挚，让大家有一种回家的感觉。

这个酒店的位置特别好，过马路就是著名的回民街。出行很方便，工交、地铁、的士都非常便捷。酒店有点旧了，但卫生和服务都是很好的。特别是管家杜琴，为人非常热情，很贴心的给我介绍回民街的特色小吃，是一个很暖心的姑娘。下次去西安还住这家酒店。
