只能说位置不错，在大雁塔商区。游玩累了方便休息，但是同时景区的音乐声音会影响休息。酒店本身实在不能恭维，室内阴冷，设施简陋，电视没有信号，房间座机不能用，比同等级的其他酒店配置少而且质量差。酒店和供应商信息不同步，会产生调换房型的问题。

离大雁塔很近，就在大雁塔里面，我住的那个房子就是排气扇坏了，洗澡的时候水雾很大。

大雁塔有两家这个酒店，一个过去关门，打电话才去的另外一家，说的观景房就是大玻璃楼下两颗树还挡住了好多看不到，赶上西安降温，冻死，空调也不给力，穿的衣服睡得，电视也没有，叫人上来调好，在不能换台，关了从新开，又要叫人过来调！还399就是两张床大房间而已！
