在这家酒店住了两天，性价比相比附近的锦江之星要高。首先是地理位置优越，离地铁很近，出门就能看见大雁塔，夜景很美，因为用了艺龙的红包，下来相对便宜。其次是服务好，前台和打扫人员服务都很好，白天出去的时候弄得很乱，晚上回来都换了新东西，收拾的很干净整齐。最后提个小小的建议，觉得衣架多放两个更好！总之推荐大家住哦。

第一次网上订店。第一天酒店通知下午3：00前到店，否则取消订单。早上从宝鸡赶到西安，10：00左右到店报到。前台告知，住不进去，因未退房。出去玩到3：00回到酒店，前台告知，仍无房可住，要等到5：00。真让人崩溃。
经交涉，总算同意换到广场对面分店，并免费升级，由小哥带去，车留在原停车场。
带着行李来到分店，住进去，发现卫生间墙壁磁砖摇摇欲坠，再去前台交涉，再次换房，然后听到工作人员打砖的声音。
第二天退房，取车，停车费5元，经理网上承诺的到前台退无果，也就算了。
第三天网上退回订金及20元返现。
