真是住过最差的途家了，本来想着万达附近应该不会很差，结果大失所望，入住那天西安刮大风，酒店的窗户没关，桌上全是土（特别厚），找前台要求换房，被告知没有大床了，然后就致电途家售后，最后折腾到晚上一点才入住，入住后发现热水器漏水，工作人员冷嘲热讽的说老式的热水器温度过高会漏水，让我们排一下水就好了，这都不知道（我就是想说现在谁家酒店用那个老式热水器啊，我住酒店难道还要研究一下热水器吗），真的够了，本来挺喜欢途家的
