房间空调是摆设 没有遥控。墙壁隔音效果特别差，对方在隔壁说什么都听的一清二楚！光线昏暗导致办公效果极差，卫生间热水器容量太小不能提供充足的热水 忽冷忽热。建议各位驴友绝对不要选择4层 噪音太大。除了先天的优势位置 其它地方真有待改善。

酒店在大明宫万达的公寓楼，略微偏僻，周围是新建的住宅区，除了万达，还是有点儿荒凉。停车是在万达的地下停车场，2元一小时，自费。房间内不知道为什么有股发霉的味道，每个房间都有点儿，冬天有暖气，挺热的。对这家途家不满意的有两点，一是刚开始给的房间，枕头下冰箱上有两根不同长度的头发，窗帘下还有用过的卫生纸，打电话给前台，前台说头发是工作人员收拾房间时留下的，我说头发长度都不一样，还工作人员留下的？前台才给换了房间。换房间之后，电热水器阀门处漏水，工作人员来了，说是差一根管子，呵呵了。住了三晚，后面几天还是不错的，百分制，给个80分吧
