洗衣机是那种立式的，有点失望，怎么说在公寓酒店里也属于贵的了，但是服务真的是太差强人意，首先房间里没有放一次性牙刷、牙膏、梳子等，其次入住的时候已经晚了，因为攒了好多衣服需要洗，就奔着有洗衣机这一点入住的，只给了一张房卡，发现房卡拔掉后洗衣机也断电了，就和前台的短发姑娘沟通再给张房卡，想带一张房卡出去吃饭，另一张得用在房间里，结果很不耐烦的回应说我们原来有很多房卡的，后来好多客人都不退就走了，现在我们房卡都很少，我说这是房卡都有压押金啊，不退的话你们可以用收回的押金补上啊！这是你们的管理问题，和我的请求有什么关系！小姑娘又没好气的说：我在外边住酒店人家都是一张房卡啊！我无语了！我住了那么多酒店一般都是两张房卡好么！而且酒店就属服务行业，你的宗旨就是服务好客人，当然是在合情合理合法范围内，竟然把自己管理上的不完善导致的失误让别的客人失去应有的权利，这合适吗？当然最终是极不情愿的给我们补了张房卡，但是要求我们吃晚饭回来后把房卡送还给前台来，我是真的无语至极！当然最后我们也置之没理，不过整个过程令人很不愉快！但是那个小伙子服务特别耐心周到！让人感觉非常温暖，在这里谢谢他！

来西安5天了，从第二天开始住的这里，双床观景房，房子空间很大，里面配套齐全，主要是价格非常实惠！????
