大晚上那么冷，结果房间里找不到空调遥控器，打电话问前台回答说是整个酒店只有保洁手里有一个遥控器，需要第二天早上保洁上班之后统一开空调。。。整的我们大晚上冷了一夜，服务太差了

酒店房间晚卫生干净，服务很到位，该提醒的都提醒，该介绍都介绍了，周边旅游还有线路指示，感觉很温馨，来的路上肚子不舒服，在前台办理时，前台小妹看见后，立即给负责人反应，负责人在取得我们的同意下，让夜班值守的员工到附近买了药回来还送到了我们房间，这种服务真的很温暖。第二天退房时，换了另外一个前台工作人员，也很贴心得问我们，现在的身体情况。这种服务值得赞。以后出门旅游我就认定了斯维登。
