那天孩子发烧等了半天卫生打扫不出来，订了两间，一间打扫完后上楼了，另一间一个小时都没送来，然后之间去医院了，房卡还在吧台，到医院后让把那个没拿到房卡的房间退了，他们说不行，等我回来后找了经理，说给我退80，哎，都不知道那个房间就和我收了100，真心不满意
