酒店比较旧了，格局不合理，衣帽间、卫生间、浴室占了很大的面积，卧室太小，很压抑。卫生间是单独的，使用玻璃推拉门，要扛起来才能打开和关上。性价比很低，不建议去住。旁边的高新商务酒店280左右性价比跟他的差不多。更远一点的浙都酒店，五星的蓝溪国际性价比比他高多了。
