没有专门停车场，车都是停门口台阶上。进门没有气味，满意。是中央空调，第一天感觉有点冷，后来两天比较暖和，就是有点干。卫生条件比较满意，第一天入住，枕头上有灰印，联系客服，马上就给换了，说是没洗干净。热水很方便。离钟鼓楼回民街还是有点距离，打车9-11元能到，三轮15元，胜在晚上睡觉安静。酒店整体服务挺好，住的省心。

位置不错，离回民街很近，大堂经理的态度很好。因为是带孩子出行，订的是家庭房，但因为一张床坏了调换为标间，后向服务员提出加一床被子却遭到拒绝。
