每年都去五六趟，服务人员很热情，但是大堂办理入住的速度有些慢，人一多就手忙脚乱的，而且设施陈旧了，赶上节假日，泡温泉的人多了，住汤屋时，洗澡就没热水了，而且入住汤屋应该送三柏园门票，但是前台硬说没有了，到了园子，门口售票员都说应该送的，但是前台就是不给，感觉管理很混乱。平时去都给，为什么赶上节假日就不给了呢？

汤屋很暖和但是很小很闷不舒服，去年住的酒店内的套房挺不错就是空调暖风不管用一晚上被冻醒好多次，酒店整个服务都非常好，望改进
