每年都来这里泡温泉，看出今年的服务有了大幅度提高，但是设施却需要大大改善，房间还是那个样，但是温泉池边的大理石有了裂缝，屋里飞进了很多苍蝇，一共住了一晚，先是热水管道坏了，孩子泡了温泉无法洗澡，等了两个多小时才解决，第二天一早冷水管因为外面的池子要注水就被管理人员关了，洗刷全是热水，马桶都没法冲水，关闭时间很长，吃了早饭回来了还没冷水，在找了服务员强烈要求下才给开了冷水管，以前来的时候也一直住汤屋，从没遇到过这种情况，花了那么多钱住汤屋，就是为了不去外面挤大池子，没想到会这个样，所以设施什么的真的要好好维修了，作为一个星级度假村，这样的错误真的不应该有

个人感觉还是很不错的，房间干净明亮，设施设备也比较新，唯一不足的是洗手间和厕所没有门，不太方便，总体还是不错的～
