这家第一次过来，到的时候找不到路，酒店小姐姐还到路口来接，服务超极好。最让人惊喜的是准备回的时候还有免费的行李管家帮我们把行李从酒店直接送到车站，免了我们拖着行李去逛的麻烦，真的超级棒，好评。

酒店环境优美。服务良好。打电话给前台 去接了我们。卫生床单干净卫生。给人很好的旅行美好心情。价格给力。必须好评。全五星。最要感谢的是我们订了小房间，前台担心我们住不下，给我们升级住了大房间。完美。满分。下次旅行还会来这里。

宫廷就是宫廷，酒店很奢华，位置环岛路上，拿着行李正愁着，老板电瓶车出来接了。很是贴心。总体服务点赞，推荐。以后还来。老板棒棒的！

环岛路上，去曾厝安，厦门大学和海边都很近。酒店有电瓶车接送，服务改进很多。上次来，还没电瓶车。房间依旧宽敞明亮，老婆小孩很喜欢。很棒，推荐。

一次很不愉快的住宿，酒店根本就不负责。到店之后随便给你一间房。根本不看单的，我预订的是196的宫廷浴缸圆床却给我133的尊雅圆床房，当我发现问题后，一句很多房间都是共用的就把你打发了。还说什么找你下单的平台解决问题。这就是互相推卸责任。一句话就是太糟糕😖😖😖
