不理解抵押了全额房费担保，为什么到店还要再付一次房费。房间很一般，墙面的墙纸都脱了，感觉好评是刷出来的…走路到海边大概二十多分钟。在海对面的一个村子里。走进去有那么远。塔头公交站倒是蛮方便去厦大、曾厝安什么的。不会再入住
