酒店位于杏林街道，是新区，高楼林立，酒店属于修养型酒店，有标准游泳池、健身房，酒店外面有内海，设施不错。服务员态度很一般，3岁以上小孩必须出示身份证明，否则不给入住，结果要去附近派出所出具证明，太折腾，估计此酒店是国企，服务员态度不冷不热的，服务意识很一般。
