常住客了，酒店服务很好，地理位置也很好，前台小卢、小阚还给我免费延迟退房。真的非常贴心了。 经常来，酒店客房里有免费的饮品，酒店前台人也很好，给小卢和小阚点赞！整体很不错，服务热情友好，经常过来了~对前台小卢以及小阚很有印象

朋友推荐过来住这家酒店确实很不错，服务卫生这些都做的很好，特别是酒店前台Nicole热情大方，我中午过来外面太阳很大，入住的时候她很自然的递水给我。大堂看到我会热情和我打招呼，告诉我酒店附近哪里有吃的特色这些，大堂进门防疫工作做的很到位，退房的时候还送了一个小风扇这种天气真的很适合，很喜欢这家酒店，出差住那么多酒店这家服务整体都给人一种很亲切的感觉，下次过来出差还会过来的

地段特别好，去厦门出差，厦门站出来地铁公交都特别方便，服务也很好，每个员工都很热情礼貌，而且处理问题的效率很高，因为疫情提前退房，前台处理退单很快，下次出差还住这儿，有家的感觉！
