已经住这个酒店很多次了，这次真的对这家酒店的服务很失望！作为贵酒店的老客户，我只想说，五星级酒店服务里面竟然会出现打印合同要收费，才几页的合同，一张开价3元钱！不知道你们是五星级酒店的纸张不一样还是说物价局给你们特批的价格，我相信你们也没有这个打印的营业许可证！如果有你们应该有条文明码标价！让客人知道这是你们酒店另外的业务！五六百的房费都付了，并不是说付不起这几十块，是觉得你们完全没让你们住客有宾至如归的感觉！你们服务很好，你们已经成功的用几张纸张的费用赶走了一个来厦门出差都会选择你们酒店的客人！
