酒店服务真的太好了，从机场接机开始，每个环节碰到的每个服务人员都很热情的给予了非常贴心周到的服务，特别是大花园里工作人员王宏伟师傅，热情的帮助我们的两个小孩熟悉园内各种玩具和小动物，真心感谢。

酒店服务很好，环境很好，早餐很好，设施很好，经理李正龙很让我感动，我家老人不太出远门，带出去后都不太习惯，但经理都帮忙解决，老人走的时候一直夸我选的这家酒店很不错。九点还有小孩玩的地方真心不错，下回还会续订

悦华是家老五星酒店了，设施虽然有些旧了但还蛮干净，服务不错，特别是前台接待很热情，酒店还有免费车次送机场，总体值得入住。
