前台服务人员刁难客人、有个叫张晓敏的什么前台经理、我家一个5岁小孩她要证件，没有证件要户口，不然不让住，一定要让我们去开证明，我前一天在厦门其它酒店入住都没有发生这样的事，在全国各地也没有遇到这样的事情、为什么在这个酒店就如此了？然后和她理论她躲一边和一个小站班的服务生说笑去了、一边说着一边用那种嘲弄的眼神看着我们，没法形容这种情况了。

设施有点陈旧，浴室没有灯暖，花洒也是坏的。卫生还可以，房间隔音不太好，门外有动静就特别吵，没人时还行。
