上午到的，被告知不能入住，办理好各种手续后，分配了房间，告诉我们下午两点钟可以入住。下午2点到酒店，前台居然说还没有打扫完房间，并通知客房打扫。看着其它人顺利入住，我们却还要等，十分恼火。2点半到客房看，居然还没有打扫。等到3点多才顺利入住，期间居然没有人理我，问前台是否打扫好，也不知道，打扫好也不通知，得自己一趟趟去看。感觉酒店对待入住很随意。另外房间内蚊子特别多，蚊香一点也不好使。
比较喜欢的是酒店下午有专门的电瓶车接送，出入特别方便，司机小哥很热情，沿途介绍各个景点。给司机小哥点赞。
