新酒店，房间大，还有大的圆形浴缸，给娃娃玩水很开心。酒店游泳池可以游泳，孩子每次都玩得不想走。早餐丰富，晚餐海洋自助餐住店客人五折，住了三天，娃娃吃了三天。酒店服务也很好，满意。以后来厦门会继续选择入住。

新酒店环境卫生都很好，因为厦门很多景点都是在思明区，所以住这里比较适合自驾游，虽然只是过个海沧大桥就是思明区了，但是有点不好打车。酒店的儿童区太小，健身房和游泳池就挺不错的。整体酒店还是不错的，就是工作人员的服务态度真的有待提升，遇见过三四个工作人员见到客人都不会问候一声的，甚至和你对视到了也转身就走

很多错，房间够大卫生也相当干净！房间的隔音效果也很好飞机飞过都听不到声音！酒店的泳池和健身房也不错👍

从进大堂就没有任何服务，大堂温度让人不适。两点半入住等约2小时还未处理好，去了2次前台问情况都没有具体回复，整个严重超出操作流程和标准，全程没有受到重视和安慰。不建议入住！

洲际旗下的酒店，很新，硬件设施和服务都不错。前台接待热情，服务贴心周到，特别给前台接待的刘先生点赞：非常细心，最大限度的满足我们的需求，很好！房间很新，还是略有一点点装修气味，卫生状况很好；床软硬适中，浴室的浴缸很好，可惜洗护产品没有品牌，也没提供泡泡浴精。酒店餐饮很不错，性价比高。适逢酒店泳池清洗维护中，没体验到。酒店位置离岛内景点有些远，出行建议打车，但去鼓浪屿还是很方便的。附近2km左右有个儿童游乐园，非常不错。
