酒店服务态度各方面做的不错，就是新政策带小孩入住要带相关证件，首先这个政策就厦门有，作为酒店有必要电话通知每位客人，不然到了去派出所办理证明来回路费浪费，而且浪费大家时间！打个电话也很方便

本来是想和男朋友来过520的。特地定了海景房。也特别和艺龙的客服说过要和酒店标注 要大床和高楼层。去到酒店checkin的时候，前台直接和我说都是双床了。我实在不愿意再三要求下他们才给我换了大床。然后安排到了三楼的边角位。海景？我只看到一排树。我不懂为什么这样的房间也可以称作海景房收海景房价格？这样子我宁愿订城景房算了。一张照片也没拍，因为实在太不满意。这个节日也过得非常不高兴。
