房间设施不算新，但有老五星的服务品质。前台工作人员很热情，任何时候看到你，都会热情上前，还会随时询问是否需要帮助。遇到特殊情况延迟一点退房，前台没有任何“按规则不行”的话语，马上给解决，同理心满满。保洁人员也不错

If i can give 10 stars i will give this hotel 10 stars than 5 stars
Incredible experience, we are picked up in airport and staff printed my name very big in exit gate. They handled all off my suitcase and all my stuff.
When i arrived in hotel, the vibes is positif, they very enthusiastic to welcome us.
In room is very clean, and i dont mind if the shower in bathup like the old money hotel
We are so happy and will stay again in this hotel.

除了早餐的水晶虾饺是冷的，皮是硬的。家人还没用餐完毕就肚子不舒服，应该是工作人员没有注意到尚未蒸熟就给客人，希望能多注意一下。酒店其他环境，服务态度各方面都很满意，下次去厦门还是会选择京闽。

元旦出行选择了京闽酒店，房间乾净整洁，周围很安静，睡得非常好，工作人员服务也很棒，大堂的小吴还帮忙升级了房型，早餐非常丰盛，中式西式都有，福建特色早餐也有，吃得很饱，退房时还送了精致的冰箱贴纪念品，好惊喜好开心，下次有机会还会再来住这里的。

十几年前就经常住京闽酒店，服务是一如既往的好，让人有宾至如归的感觉。酒店里遇到的每个工作人员都非常细心周到热情，特别是大堂副理小陈和小何，以后有机会来厦门还会选择京闽酒店。

房间很不错，一口气睡到天亮，办公桌很好用，和其他酒店的小圆桌不同。老牌对外酒店里，到处都有日语标识，日本客户很满意。客人出了点问题，大堂副理小吴和小何立刻帮忙解决了问题，响应很快，非常赞??好评
