我不想说了，花了钱还没有住上，说我人脸识别不了，还不给退钱，**，我一没整容，二没破相。酒店机器问题要我买单，花了钱没住上，还在那搞了两个小时，大半夜的我跑来跑去。没被气死

酒店环境很好，在半山腰，但是作为喜达屋的高端酒店，泳池太小，并且上下楼电梯口都是人电脑查岗，有点住监狱的感觉，总体还好吧。

连住两天了，美中不足的是房间里卫生很差，床单没有更换，第二天更换了还是发现新的床单有血迹，难道都不洗干净吗？而且早餐价格也很贵，加一位要172元。下次不会再住这家酒店了。

第一次入住艾美酒店，周边配套环境还不错，旁边有仙岳公园可以玩，酒店内设施较新，就是房间桌椅较少，另外入住后发现房间床单服务员没有更换，因为床单上面血迹斑斑，赶紧打电话通知服务员更换了一套，不知是蚊子的血还是女性的那个，我想下次来厦门不会再住这家酒店了。另外早餐价格很贵，加个儿童费用要172，吃的东西不会很多，性价比不如悦华酒店。
