确实是老牌的五星酒店，很多外宾
位置很好，富人区，酒吧咖啡街
但是历史悠久的问题就是，房间设施不够好，隐约能闻到烟味，房间也不大，整体就是一个三四星的设施。出了房间是五星，进了房间是三星。
以后应该还是会选择比较新的酒店入住。

这酒店真的不错，巴西总统入住的酒店。游泳，健身，下午茶，鸡尾酒都是免费的，体验到了顾客至上的服务。

为了十一出行厦门，九月十九日在艺龙订了这家酒店，因为一家三口带孩子，特别订了该酒店的“豪华城景双床房”，预交订金6438元（5天），并得到艺龙确认，但十一当天到了酒店，前台却说艺龙没说是双床房，只有大床房，让我与艺龙沟通，这就到第一个不满：我拨打艺龙的400电话，先后共计5次，共描述了5遍情况，前4个都是让我等待，然后就没人理了，直到第5个电话后客服让我再等20分钟（此时已经在酒店前台等了40多分钟），最后艺龙客服提出让我改签“行政房”，每间房每天多加305元，共计多加1525元，由艺龙承担1026元（离店以后联系补），我承担近剩余500元，否则没有别的办法，这就是艺龙，完全是他的失误和错误却要由我和他分担后果！再说第二个不满：经过加钱，酒店給我的所谓“行政房”其实仍旧是我最初订的“城景双床房”，所不同的是提供了两份早餐。这就是我遭遇的艺龙。让人遗憾，不想骂人了，让大家知道一下吧。
